About WSI
Based in Carlsbad, New Mexico, WSI, LLC has served the southeastern New Mexico potash mining industry since 1995. Over the years, we have provided a wide range of personnel to support surface and underground mining operations, including general laborers, skilled craftsmen, equipment operators, welders, millwrights, underground miners, security personnel, clerical staff, cafeteria workers, groundskeepers, and professional consultants.

Applicant Requirements
To be considered for employment with WSI, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Posses a current, valid driver’s license
